How to Delete Your Account

To protect your security, account deletions are processed manually upon request. Please send an email to our support team:

  • Email Address: info@barhelper.app

  • Subject Line: Account Deletion Request

  • Required Information: Please include the email address you used to register the account.

What happens when I delete my account?

Once your request is processed:

  • Personal Data: Your email, username, and profile information will be permanently removed from our database.

  • App Data: Your saved beverages, kegs, and custom bar settings will be deleted.

  • Irreversibility: This action cannot be undone. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

Processing Time: We typically process deletion requests within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been successfully removed.
