Bar Helper allows integration with third-party hardware and software services, including but not limited to Plaato, Kegtron, Brewfather, and Untappd.

  • Availability: We do not control these third-party services. We are not responsible for any downtime, API changes, or data discrepancies caused by these providers.

  • Accounts: You are responsible for maintaining your own accounts and subscriptions with these third-party providers.

  • Data Sync: While we strive for accuracy, Bar Helper is not liable for data loss or sync errors occurring between our Service and third-party APIs.

4. User Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics (such as beer labels or tap list backgrounds), or other material ("Content").

  • You retain ownership of any content you create.

  • By posting content, you grant Bar Helper a license to use, display, and reproduce said content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., displaying your tap list on On-Tap TV).

  • You agree not to upload content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
